AXIS
A signature assessment experience by Malone Collective
The Malone Collective Axis

AXIS is an end-to-end, fully integrated medical, psychiatric, and biological assessment designed for individuals who want clarity—not months of appointments, fragmented opinions, or disconnected data.

It is a high-touch, immersive experience designed to provide deep insight, immediate understanding, and a decisive path forward.

Why a Three-Day Rapid Assessment?

Traditional assessment models are slow, fragmented, and inefficient. Clients are often left coordinating between providers, waiting weeks for results, and attempting to integrate conflicting or incomplete information on their own.

The Malone Collective model—condensed, intensive, and fully integrated—is intentionally different.

Our Assessment Features:

Clients leave with a comprehensive understanding of their physical, psychological, and neurological health, along with a personalized roadmap for treatment, optimization, and long-term care.
During the assessment, clients have full access to the Proper’s premium gym and wellness amenities, including:
This environment supports both the intensity of clinical evaluation and the restorative processes required for clarity and integration.
An Immersive, Integrated Environment
During the three-day assessment, clients reside at The Proper Hotel in Santa Monica, California, located two doors down from the Malone Collective clinic. This intentional proximity allows the experience to unfold seamlessly, without travel stress, logistical disruption, or separation between evaluation and restoration.
A Curated Experience: Not Just an Evaluation

While clients are on site, they are introduced to select enhancement and restorative services that support regulation, recovery, and physiological balance throughout the assessment process.

These services are intentionally integrated, not as add-ons, but as supports that enhance insight, performance, and nervous system stability during an intensive evaluation period.

Enhancement services may include:

The result is an experience that is both clinically rigorous and deeply supportive.
Neuropsychological Evaluation
The comprehensive neuropsychological assessment is designed to evaluate cognitive functioning, emotional regulation, personality structure, and psychological resilience.

This evaluation typically includes:

Bio-psycho-social Assessment
The bio-psycho-social assessment is conducted by the Chief Clinical Officer. This deep, integrative evaluation examines the full bio-psycho-social context of the individual, including:
This evaluation serves as the clinical backbone of the program, ensuring that recommendations reflect the whole person, not just isolated symptoms.
Concierge Medical & Physical Evaluation
The comprehensive, concierge-level medical assessment is conducted by the Malone Collective physician and nursing team. This evaluation includes:
Pre-Nuvo Full-body Scan
When appropriate, clients receive a Pre-Nuvo scan to support early detection, risk stratification, and preventative health planning.
The Gut Health & Nutritional Assessment
Mental, emotional, and physical health are inseparable from digestive and metabolic function. Each client receives a focused evaluation of gut health and nutrition, including:
Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Feedback

The program concludes with a defining feature of the Malone Collective assessment: a comprehensive, in-person feedback and integration session.

Rather than receiving fragmented reports or delayed interpretations, clients meet directly with the full leadership and clinical team involved in their care after completing all assessments.

This feedback session includes the following personnel:

Together, the team delivers a unified clinical narrative, integrating medical findings, psychological insights, neurological data, and nutritional considerations into a single, coherent understanding of the individual.
